Biography
P. C. Chang has done his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering. Currently he is working as Professor in Department of Electro-Optical Engineering in Kun Shan University. His research interests are Photodetectors and High-speed Electronic Devices. Several papers of his work were published in various national and International journals.
