Biography
Shei-Hsi Chang has done his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering. Currently he is working as Associate Professor in Department of Information and Communication in Kun Shan University. His research interests are Image Processing, Web Based System, Computer Architecture, Multimedia and Web Design. Several papers of his work were published in various national and International journals.
