Biography
W. C. Huang has done his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering. Currently he is working as Professor in Department of Electro-Optical Engineering in Kun Shan University. His research interests are Optical thin film, semiconductor devices. Several papers of his work were published in various national and International journals.
