Biography
Mr. Shixiong Deng is currently the superintendent of the Cardinal Tien Hospital. He graduated from the Department of Medicine, Taiwan University, served as chief physician of Radiation Department of Taitai Hospital, lecturer of Taiji University of Medicine. In 1991, he joined the Cardinal Tien Hospital and served as Director of the Radiation Division, Director of the Medical Department, Dean of the Yonghe Branch, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the General Hospital, Vice President of R & D, Vice President of Medical Affairs and superintendent. He has quite profound backgrounds in medical and administrative areas. At the same time, he is the chief executive of the Catholic Deceased Social Welfare Foundation for the elderly. He has been concerned with the development of community medicine for many years, taking care of physical and mental retardation and the elderly.
