Mr. Chen Xiangli (Henry) has been Chairman of the Board and General Manager in Mercuries & Associates, Ltd. since December 14, 2004. He also serves as Chairman of the Board in companies, including Mercuries Data System Ltd., Mercuries Furniture Co.,Ltd. and Mercuries General Media, Inc., as well as Director in four other companies including SCI Pharmtech, Inc.
