Biography
Chiao-Chen Chang is an Associate Professor of Department of Internal Business. She received her degree in Ph.D. in Department of Management Science of National Chiao-Tung University She was also appointed as Assistant Professor of the Department of Business Administration, Tamkang University (2008.8~2009.7. Her teaching areas include Managerial Economics, Global Industrial Analysis, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, International Marketing Management.
Research Interest
Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, E-Commerce, International Business, Customer Relationship Management.
