Biography
Chie-Bein Chen is a Professor of Department of Internal Business at NDHU, Taiwan. He has also been the President of Chinese Institute of Decision Sciences, Vice President of Chinese Association of Global Trading and Logistics and Chief of Editor Board of The Journal of Innovation Research and Development.
