Biography
Professor Chun-Ming Chang completed his Ph.D., Department of Physics, TamKang University, Taiwan (1992 Sept~1998 Jan) and B.S., Department of Physics, TamKang University, Taiwan (1988 Sept~1992 June). Currently he is working as an Associate Professor in Physics at National Dong Hawa University.
