Kurtis Jai-Chyi Pei is a Prof./Dean at NDHU, Taiwan. He got his education in Ph.D., School of Forestry, from the University of Montana, Missoula, Montana. His research Fields: Wildlife Population Ecology, Mammalogy, Human Dimensions on Natural Conservation.
