Biography
Tao-Ku Chang is an Associate Professor in Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of National Dong Hwa University. He received his Ph.D., Graduate Institute of Information and Computer Education from National Taiwan Normal University and M.S.,in Department of Information Management from National Chi Nan University and B.S., in Department of Management Information Systmes from Chung Yuan Christian University.
