Dr. Chen Qiongxing Chiung-Hsing Chen is affiliated to Department of Electronic Communication Engineering, National Kaohsiung Marine University, where Dr. Chen Qiongxing Chiung-Hsing Chen is currently working as Professor. Dr. Chen Qiongxing Chiung-Hsing Chen has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and also working as a reviewer for reputed professional journals. Dr. Chen Qiongxing Chiung-Hsing Chen is having an active association with different societies and academies around the world.
