Dr. Lu Ruihan Jui-Han Lu is affiliated to Department of Electronic Communication Engineering, National Kaohsiung Marine University, where Dr. Lu Ruihan Jui-Han Lu is currently working as Professor. Dr. Lu Ruihan Jui-Han Lu has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and also working as a reviewer for reputed professional journals.
