Research Interest
Excellent physical properties and device performance rely on the subtle controls of the structural properties of materials. We therefore focus on manipulating the morphologies, interfacial structures, and structural perfection of nanomaterials using versatile growth methods, such as chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition, and atomic layer deposition. Advanced analytical transmission electron microscopy characterization methods are employed for probing material's properties at the nanoscale.
