Biography
Dr. Ruey-An Doong is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Environmental Sciences in National Tsing Hua University. The graduation is done in BSc Medicine from Taipei Medical University and post-graduation from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. Biomedical Physics from UCLA University. He has more than 20 publications.
