Biography
Dr. Wen-Tsae Chou is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Environmental Sciences in National Tsing Hua University. The graduation is done in BSc Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University and post-graduation from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. Chemical Engineering from Massachusettes University. He has more than 20 publications.
