Biography
Chu-Yu Chen received his BS degree in engineering science from National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 1990, and his MS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Detroit, MI, in 1995. He received his PhD degree in system engineering from Oakland University, MI, in November 1999. Dr. Chen is currently a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National University of Tainan, Taiwan. And he is also working as the director of general education office at University. His research interests include electromagnetic compatibility, microwave circuit design and computational electro-magnetic.
