Biography
Dr. Chi Schive is the independent director of SinoPac Holdings and SinoPac Securities Corp., etc. He served as chairman of Taiwan Stock Exchange, premier of Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, and deputy chairman of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) before. He holds a master’s degree in economics from National Taiwan University and a PH.D. in economics from Case Western Reserve University.
