Biography
Dr. Shou-Chung Ting served as the member of the Legislative Yuan of R.O.C., associate professor of political science of National Taiwan University, and Visiting Research Fellow of Hoover Institution of Stanford University before. He holds a PH.D. in international affairs and a master’s degree in law and diplomacy from Tufts University.
