Biography
Ms. Fu-Shiow Yin (also named as Fuxiu Yin) has been serving as Independent Director in PharmaEngine, Inc. since November 28, 2011. She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Rutgers University, the United States. She is also Independent Director in Foresee Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and EirGenix Inc., as well as Director in Reber Genetics Co Ltd.
