Chi Chou Mr. Kang-Chi Chou (also named as Kangji Zhou) has been serving as Independent Director in PharmaEngine, Inc. since June 15, 2016. He holds a Master's degree in International Business from University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, the United States. He is also Independent Director in C.C.P. Contact Probes Co., Ltd. and RADIUM LIFE TECH. Co., Ltd., Director in Chiashih Construction Co., Ltd., Chang Wah Electro-materials Inc., Tsannkuen Co., Ltd. and Super Dragon Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager in IROC Co., Ltd.
