Biography
Ms. Wen-Hwa Chang (also named as Wenhua Zhang) has been serving as Director in PharmaEngine, Inc. since August 12, 2002. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University, New Jersey, the United States. She is also Vice Chairman of the Board in TTY Biopharm Co., Ltd., as well as Director in TSH Biopharm Company Limited, CY Biotech Company Limited, Worldco International Limited, Xudonghaipu International Company Limited, American Taiwan Biopharma Philippines Inc., WorldCo Biotech Pharmaceutical Technology(Beijing) Limited and Arich Investment Company Limited.
