Dr. Benjamin Chien founded Quest Pharmaceutical Services in 1995 as a single-site CRO focused on bioanalysis services. Over the years, QPS has had tremendous success. Dr. Chien now heads the eight entities that constitute QPS Holdings, LLC: QPS Delaware in Newark, Delaware, USA, focuses on bioanalysis, DMPK, translational medicine and phase II – IV clinical services.
