Biography
Yang Zijiang has been Director in Ritek Corporation since May 17, 1999. Yang was Managing Director in the Company. Yang holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from National Chengchi University, Taiwan. Yang is also Chairman of the Board and Director of a consulting company, General Manager and Director of a venture capital company, Independent Director in ASROCK Incorporation, as well as Director of two other companies. Yang used to be General Manager in China Development Industrial Bank, as well as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board in Bank of Taiwan.
