Biography
He has been in the hospitality and club industries his entire 30 year career. Prior to founding the Hospitality Resource Group International, Mr. Day was Vice President of a club consulting and management company and was General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for several country clubs in the mid-Atlantic area. He also held management positions with Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fl., the Sonesta Hotel Corporation and the Doral Resort & Country Club. He has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars and has conducted many training, and transformational leadership seminars (the art of managing change). He also teaches businesses and organizations the true value of delivering exceptional service, internally and externally.
