Biography
Since joining the company in 1999, Dr. Chang has progressed through a series of increasingly responsible positions and had extensive experience in leading several important project initiatives. She had provided leadership to functional groups of quality control, analytical R&D, biotech, peptide product development, pharmaceutical development and the head of quality management division. Dr. Chang received her B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from National Taiwan University. Prior to joining ScinoPharm, she spent one and a half years as a postdoctoral fellow at Academia Sinica from 1997 to 1998.
