Biography
Chih-Fang (Freon) Chen | Vice-President of Operations Chih-Fang has more than 25 years of experience in chemical production management. He joined ScinoPharm in January, 1999 and has been in charge of the production unit for more than 15 years. Chih-Fang has been instrumental in enhancing productivity and production efficiency by introducing improvement initiatives and refining systems. Prior to joining ScinoPharm, Chih-Fang worked initially as process engineer, for Tasco Chemical Corporation in Kaohsiung and Tuntex Petrochemicals Inc. in Tainan from 1989 to 1998. Chih-Fang received both of his M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
