Biography
Chih-Hsien Lo is the Chairman and General Chief Strategy Officer ScinoPharm was established in 1997 by a group of veteran pharmaceutical executives who had years of experience working for leading U.S. and international pharmaceutical companies. They helped lay the strong technical and quality foundation for ScinoPharm and also oversaw the establishment of a highly competent management team that is in charge today.
