Biography

To verify the legality of all administrative, pedagogical and commissioned research projects. To process and prepare financial statements. To maintain and prepare ledgers and financial statements and income-tax deduction for full-time and part-time faculty, staff, and contract personnel. To audit financial operation of the university, the Office of Accounting closely monitors the capital flow, the economic viability and the efficient enforcement of the budgets.
