Biography

To maintain the records of students’ attendance, absence and conduct. To handle student loans and tuition remissions. To process scholarship applications such as She-wo scholarship, studying abroad scholarships, top student awards, and scholarships for students in need. To provide emergency aid for students. To organize orientation lectures on topics such as personal safety, earthquake, fire escape, and traffic safety. To sponsor advisors’ seminars in order to enhance interactions between students and professors. To supervise the service-learning program. Started in 2000, students must participate in a community service program for a minimum of eight hours per semester for one year. To maintain the Emergency Response Room (phone number: 02-2236-7935) to provide around the clock emergency services for students. To process student accommodation application, room assignment and management. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and access to the Internet To help overseas students adapt to local life, providing residence permits, work permits and insurance advisory services.
