Biography

Mr. FENG was appointed as Vice President of Sinochem Group in January 2006, and quit the position later for his new position as Executive Director and CEO of Sinofert Holdings Limited. In Jul. 2014, Mr. FENG was reappointed as Vice President of Sinochem Group. After his entry into Sinochem Group in 2000, Mr. FENG was successively held responsible for the group company’s foreign investment and multiple blocks such as chemical, agricultural, financial business including fluorine chemical industry, fertilizer, financial lease, and trust, etc. Mr. FENG has acquired rich experience of corporate management from his positions in the group company like General Manager of Investment Department of Sinochem Group, Chairman and General Manager of Sinochem Lantian, Chairman of Far Eastern Leasing Co. Ltd, Chairman of China Foreign Economy and Trade Trust Co., Ltd., CEO of Sinofert Holdings Limited and many other positions. At present, Mr. FENG also acts concurrently as President of Strategic Business Unit of Chemicals, Chairman of Sinochem International Corporation and Dsm Sinochem Pharmaceutical Pte. Ltd. concurrently. Mr. FENG was graduated from Philosophy Department of Renmin University of China, and later pursued his EMBA degree in Sino-European International Management Institute.
