Yang Lin

Biography

Mr. Yang was appointed as Deputy CFO of Sinochem Group in March, 2010. On August 2010, he was instated to be the CFO of Sinochem Group. Working with Sinochem for over two decades, Mr. YANG has once taken the positions of Deputy General Manager of Finance Department, General Manager of Fund Management Department, and Vice Chief Financial Officer of Sinochem Group. He has abundant experience in financial management, and unique insights on financial strategy, fund management, corporate financing, investment, merger and acquisition. At present, Mr. YANG is also President of Strategic Business Unit of Finance, Chairman of China Foreign Economy and Trade Trust Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Sinochem Finance Co., Ltd. Mr. YANG was graduated from Tianjin University of Commerce, majored in business and corporate management. Between 1990 and 1993, he took the advanced courses on corporate management at University of Stuttgart in Germany.
