Zhang Zhiyin

Biography

 Mr. ZHANG Zhiyin was appointed as Vice President of Sinochem Group in December 2004. Prior to his career with Sinochem, Mr. ZHANG was Mayor of Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu Province in the northwest part of China. Previously, he was working as Deputy CPC party chief of Lanzhou Municipality and even before as a Directorial Secretary of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee. Thanks to these experiences, Mr. ZHANG makes a specialist in government relations and economic administration. At present, Mr. ZHANG is also Deputy Manager of Sinochem Corporation. Mr. ZHANG holds a Phd. in law from Peking University, a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Central South University and a bachelor's degree from Luoyang PLA College of Foreign Languages, majoring in Japanese. He was delegate to the Tenth People’s Congress.
