Biography
Currently Chairman of SinoPac Financial Holdings, Mr. Ho was previously Chairman of Yuen Foong Yu (YFY), a banking, paper manufacturing, publishing and technology industry business conglomerate. In addition to TaiGen, YFY has invested in companies with proprietary technologies for monoclonal antibodies, gene chips and agricultural biotechnology. Mr. Ho is one of the most respected businessmen in Taiwan and has been playing a significant role in the development of the local biotech industry. He received his MS degree in mechanical engineering from University of Wisconsin and a BS degree from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.
