Biography
"Mrs. Kuo has more than 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining TLC, Mrs. Kuo was the associated head of project managements, responsible for project/grant management in PharmaEngine Inc. Before coming to PharmaEngine, Mrs. Kuo was the project manager in TTY Biopharm Co., Ltd., established R&D management process and responsible for the management of small chemical compound SBIR project and liposome formulation grant projects. At TTY Biopharm, Mrs. Kuo successfully assisted the company to receive the Industrial Technology Development Award of Ministry of Economic Affairs. Before TTY Biopharm, Mrs. Kuo assisted government-sponsored projects for pharmaceutical facility audit, cGMP guideline drafting and training program during the period of working in Pharmaceutical Industry Technology Development Center (PITDC) and Taiwan Parenteral Drug Association. Mrs. Kuo holds a bachelor degree from the Department of Animal Science and Technology, National Taiwan University. She also holds a graduate certificate of Engineering and Technology Management, George Washington University."
