Biography
Ms. Liu is currently a Partner at BDO Taiwan, a joint accounting firm and a member of a UK company, BDO International Limited. Ms. Liu also serves as the Director of the ROC Association of Certified Public Accounts and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Ms. Liu holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Xiamen University, a M.A. in Accounting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Taxation at National Cheng-Chi University.
