Biography
During his long years of service with the government, Dr. Hong-Jen Chang held several important positions such as Deputy Minister of Health, President & CEO of Bureau of National Health Insurance, and Director General of Center of Disease Control. Dr. Chang is known for his expertise in health insurance, disease control, biotech and pharmaceutical industries and health information systems. Dr. Chang is currently the director of Taiwan Global Biofund.
Research Interest
Dr. Chang received his medical degree from National Yang-Ming Medical College, he also holds a Master of Science in Public Health from National Taiwan University and a Master of Health Policy and Management degree from Harvard's School of Public Health.
