Biography
Dr. Chen has many years of experience in the drug industry. In Taiwan, he worked for Optimer Biotech Co as Vice President and was the head of the drug development program at the Development Center for Biotechnology (DCB). In US, He worked at Merck Research Lab (New Jersey, US) for drug discovery and development programs for more than 20 years. Dr. Chen received his Ph. D. in Medicinal Chemistry at Pharmacy School of Purdue University.
