Nicole Lin

Biography

Ms. Lin accumulated her years of extensive experiences in banking, finance, accounting, internal controls, auditing and managerial skills while working for Rick Chen CPA Firm and a multinational company, MA Labs Inc. in the United States. While working for Taiwan Securities Company, she assisted the pre-IPO and public companies in the process of equity and debt offerings. While with High Tech/Venture Division of General Bank, a US-based commercial bank, she evaluated critical competitiveness and financial position of companies and worked with venture capitalists and technology companies for the debt and equity processing in the United States. She is well experienced in both private and public segments.
