Mr. Lee is a representative of Chang Xiang Investment Company, Ltd., which has been a part of TLC's board of directors since June 2014. Mr. Lee is an expert in engineering and financial investments, with decades of experience in the finance world. Mr. Lee received an M.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa. Mr. Lee has an M.S. in Finance from Seattle University and a B.A. from Tamkang University in Taiwan.
