Mr. Lee is an expert in engineering and financial investments, with decades of experience in the finance world. Mr. Lee received an M.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa. Mr. Lee has an M.S. in Finance from Seattle University and a B.A. from Tamkang University in Taiwan.
