Biography
Mr. Chu has served as one of our statutory auditors since May 2017. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. from August 2006 to December 2014. From January 2004 to August 2006, he served as Vice President at Chiao Tung Bank. Mr. Chu received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Fu Jen Catholic University and an M.B.A. degree from New Mexico State University. Mr. Chu has served as one of our statutory auditors since May 2017. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. from August 2006 to December 2014.
