Biography
Frank joined UTAC in March 2013 and heads the group's operations with over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and bioscience industries. He began his career at Motorola Semiconductor and went on to serve key management roles in Amersham Biosciences, GE Healthcare, and ON Semiconductor. Frank's experience includes technology development, factory construction and start-up, quality systems, program management, engineering management, and manufacturing operations
