"Dr. Chih-Chang Yu is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering, Vanung University , taiwan. His research interests includes Assistant Professor Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Central University Image Processing, Pattern Recognition. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Chih-Chang Yu is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
