"Dr. Kuan-Yuan Tu is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering, Vanung University , taiwan. His research interests includes Associate Professor, Chairman of Department Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University Embedded Systems, Digital System Design, Control System, Intelligent Control, Navigation and Positioning, Applications of the GNSS, Network Synchronization, Applications of Time and Frequency, Software-Defined Radios. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Kuan-Yuan Tu is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Associate Professor, Chairman of Department Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University Embedded Systems, Digital System Design, Control System, Intelligent Control, Navigation and Positioning, Applications of the GNSS, Network Synchronization, Applications of Time and Frequency, Software-Defined Radios.
