Biography
Ms Nuria received her Msc degree in Food Science major from the Department of Food Science and Technology at Sokoine University of Agriculture. Her dissertation project focused on comparison of different cassava processing methods on cyanide removal. Ms Nuria also holds BSc degree in Food Science and Technology from Sokoine University with research expertise on aflatoxin analysis. Currently Ms Nuria works as an assistant lecturer in the department of Food Science
