Biography

Rehema Idriss Mzimbiri is currently working at Tanzania Food and Nutrition Centre, Tanzania. She has her expertise in research and training on human nutrition and food sciences including food quality and safety for improving the health and well beings of the rural and urban people. She has 10 years’ experience on food and nutrition activities in Tanzania as well as her research experience on food quality and safety conducted in Beijing, China, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science and exchange programs on Humanitarian Assistance in Belgium and Netherland attract many stakeholders in different ways of focusing on improving human livelihood.
