Mr. Mohd Shahriman Mohd Sidek

Biography

Shah joined the board of Algaetech overseeing Corporate Planning and Development of the group of companies after extensive experience in the development of concepts, strategies, and new business models to in wide range of industries internationally and locally. A graduate from the MARA Institute of Technology, Malaysia and the University of Oxford Brookes, UK, he has been involved in a variety of roles in businesses in the United Kingdom, Malaysia and the United States. He is started his career in Architecture, being attached to AJM Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s largest architecture firm, before starting his own firm as co-founder and partner at Focus Architects, Urban Designers & Planners, and Manissocco Sdn Bhd, and then moved on and developed his experience and understanding of technology, media and convergence. He then founded VtoV.com in the USA, where he was President and CEO, leading the Executive team to form strategic relationships with leading American businesses, before moving back to Malaysia where he became Principal of Government & Regulatory Mangement (GRM) of DiGi Telecommunications, one of the leading telecommunications company in Malaysia.
