Paul Brasher

Biography

Mr. Brasher is Chairman of Incitec Pivot Ltd. and Deputy Chairman of Essendon Football Club. He is a former non-executive director of Perpetual Ltd. (2009–2015), where he was Chairman of that company’s Audit, Risk and Compliance committees and a member of the People and Remuneration and Nomination committees. From 1982 to 2009, Mr. Brasher was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, including four years as the chairman of its global board. In December 2016, Mr. Brasher was appointed to the board of Teach For Australia. Mr. Brasher’s former roles include Chairman of the Reach Foundation, Chairman of the National Gallery of Victoria’s Business Council, member of the Committee for Melbourne, board member of Asialink, trustee of the Victorian Arts Centre Trust, and member of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia.
