Biography

Plant Manager (Myriant Lake Providence, LA.) Mike Little Mr. Little joined the Myriant team in 2011to serve as the Construction Manager in order to oversee the General Contractor during the construction of the Myriant Succinic Acid Plant in Lake Providence, LA. After construction Mr. Little stayed on where he currently holds the position of Plant Manager. Michael has over 35 years' experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) from companies such as KBR (Kellogg Brown & Root), CB&I (Chicago Bridge & Iron) and S&B Engineering and Constructors building plants throughout the U.S. ranging from Chemical, Refinery and Power Plants. Further to that, he has held positions ranging from Construction Manager, Superintendent and Turnover Coordinator. Michael's last 15 years have been spent constructing, commissioning and starting up plants along with training client operations personnel, the safest and most cost effective approaches in plant operations. Mr. Little holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He also holds a Core Curricula PE and Pipefitter PE through NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research).
