Dr Chou Ning is a Consultant at the NCIS and Paediatric NeurosurgeryNUH. She obtained her undergraduate medical degree from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand in 2005, followed by postgraduate degree inPaediatric Neurosurgery 2010.
